Symptom: The button for uploading images/files is not showing because flash is disabled by default in Chrome
Locate and click the little i in a circle or padlock icon at the left side of the address bar.
In the drop down that appears there will be a link to 'Site Settings' at the bottom, click on that.
Find Flash in the list of options and click the drop down on the right hand side.
Choose the options which says "Always allow on this site".
An alert bar will appear at the top of the page. Find and click the reload button on the right hand side.
